If the daily dinner dilemma has gotten you down, you’ve come to the right place!
SOLVING THE DINNERTIME DILEMMA~
Dinnertime in my home is crazy; literally it’s chaotic. That’s why I highly suggest having a meal plan in place. Highly suggest, who am I kidding? If I didn’t have a meal plan my family would end up living off fast food. Plus it keeps me from having to go shopping multiple times during the week and saves me money!
HOW IT WORKS~
If this is your first time visiting, welcome! Every Friday, we’ll have a meal plan posted for you use the following week. We’ll share 5 main dish recipes, along with some surprises. Maybe it’ll be a side dish, or dessert, even breakfast or a snack. Anything scrumptious that we think you need to know about.
So whatcha y’all say? Let’s get to it!
Meal Plan Week 31
CITRUS BASIL GRILLED CHICKEN
Fresh oranges, limes and basil ~ This citrus chicken marinade brings your grilled chicken to another level of delicious!
This Sweet Chilli Chicken is sweet, sticky, a little spicy and very very moorish! The sweet chilli glaze helps the chicken caramelise and the mango salad is sweet, spicy and refreshing.
ASIAN MEATBALLS AND RICE
Oven Baked lean turkey meatballs tossed in an Asian style sauce served over rice - an ideal low calorie, healthy 30 minute weeknight meal.
Garam Masala, which literally means ‘warm spice’, is the key ingredient this Indian Spiced Grilled Chicken. If you’re getting sick of the same old chicken night after night, this is the answer you’ve been waiting for.
TAKE-OUT, FAKE-OUT: SAN CHOY BOW
Now that I have mastered San Choy Bow, it has started to creep into my everyday repertoire. The meat can be served over rice for the simplest of dinners, although I like to toss it with udon noodles for an even speedier meal. Make it with either pork or chicken mince, and whatever vegetables you have on hand. Do not, however, miss the water chestnuts. They add crunch and texture to the dish.
Peach Blueberry and Thyme Sangria
This easy chardonnay based summer sangria is the perfect way to enjoy a lovely summer evening with friends and family. Studded with peaches, blueberries, and a thyme infused simple syrup, its a perfect way to unwind and enjoy quality time with those that matter most.
Italian Herb Parmesan Quick Bread comes together in a snap with only one bowl, one spoon, and no kneading required. Make some today!
These Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake Cupcakes will become an instant favorite. They’re pretty to look at, absolutely delicious, and they’re super easy to make. PLUS each cupcake has only 190 CALORIES!
