Dinnertime in my home is crazy; literally it’s chaotic. That’s why I highly suggest having a meal plan in place. Highly suggest, who am I kidding? If I didn’t have a meal plan my family would end up living off fast food. Plus, it keeps me from having to go shopping multiple times during the week and saves me money!
HOW IT WORKS~
If this is your first time visiting, welcome! Every Friday, we’ll have a meal plan posted for you use the following week. We’ll share 5 main dish recipes, along with some surprises. Maybe it’ll be a side dish, or dessert, even breakfast or a snack. Anything scrumptious that we think you need to know about.

Meal Plan Week 30

These crispy fish tacos might be our favourite type of tacos! A bold statement but the soft flour tortillas are filled with crispy fish, sweet and sour brown sugar onions and an amazing creamy taco sauce. This is taco heaven!!!!!
This Cilantro Thai Chicken is a delicious and flavorful main dish that is quick and easy to prepare. I love serving it with my Pad Thai Fried Rice!
The key to this dish is the slow rendering of the pancetta, which releases the pork fat. This fat is then used to saute the zucchini, thus adding amazing flavour to the final dish. I see that quizzical look though. You’re thinking that surely the fat should be discarded lest we suffer a crippling heart attack before we even get a chance to finish the meal.
