I highly suggest having a meal plan in place. Highly suggest, who am I kidding? If I didn’t have a meal plan my family would end up living off fast food. Plus it keeps me from having to go shopping multiple times during the week and saves me money!
HOW IT WORKS~
If this is your first time visiting, welcome! Every Friday, we’ll have a meal plan posted for you use the following week. We’ll share 5 main dish recipes, along with some surprises. Maybe it’ll be a side dish, or dessert, even breakfast or a snack. Anything scrumptious that we think you need to know about.

Meal Plan Week 19
This intensely flavorful Vegan Thai Green Curry is hearty, colorful and easy to make. You’ll savor the fresh green taste of the coconut sauce and the satisfying combo of vegetables and tofu.
This is an almost one-pot skillet dish (except you need a second pot to cook to quinoa). You can leave the chicken out and make this vegetarian, or you can add it in for a little extra oomph of protein. Either way is delicious, and this is definitely easy to make! I love the combination of flavors – the curry, the coconut milk, the plump little raisins hidden in there. Its so good!
