Peach Strawberry Smoothie – perfect for a quick breakfast, the blend of peaches, strawberries, vanilla honey Greek yogurt, orange juice and chai seeds come together to bring you everything desired in a smoothie.
So, last week I announced to y’all that I started a part-time job. Well, today is day #4 working and I am finding that can’t seem to make time for breakfast. Now I am hypoglycemic which means I can’t skip meal otherwise my blood sugar drops and I pass out. So, eating every 3 hours or so is a must for me. With that in mind I decided it was time to turn to smoothie recipes. Personally, I love a good smoothie recipe because they can be thrown together in a matter of minutes and with the addition of Greek yogurt and chai seeds my protein needs are met!
- 1 ½ cups orange juice
- 1 ½ cups vanilla honey Greek yogurt
- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 Tbsp chai seeds
- Place all ingredients into a blender; liquid first.
- Blend for 1 minute; scrape down the sides; blend for another minute.
- Serve and enjoy!
