Guacamole – a staple of Mexican food, goes perfect with chips and salsa during football season – easy to make and the perfect blend of flavors.
Flavor packed and delicious. I could put this in everything but then again I never met an avocado I didn’t like.
- 6 Avocados
- 1 bunch of cilantro
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 3 roma tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 lime juiced
- Cut avocados in half and scoop pulp into a bowl; mash avocado with a fork.
- Add lime juice, tomatoes, onion, cilantro and salt; mix to combine.
- Cover and place in fridge for a half an hour (to let the flavors combine).
- Stir and Enjoy!
