Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
My Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars are easy, creamy, no-bake peanut butter bars! With just a few simple ingredients that you already probably have on hand, these peanut butter bars take only a matter of minutes to make and are a classic combination of peanut butter and chocolate! Like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup; just in the shape of a bar!
Are you a peanut butter lover like my husband? Well then, these bars are for you! Here is a delightfully simple candy recipe with that eternally delicious combination: Creamy peanut butter filling layered with a chocolate peanut butter shell on top. It’s the perfect blend of peanut butter and chocolate and is ridiculously simple to make. You only need 5 ingredients, 10 minutes of prep time and an hour in the fridge. That’s it!
Ok y’all, this weekend was a wonderful weekend spent at home, relaxing. It was amazing. For the first time in a very long time we had nothing, NOTHING planned. We slept in, if you call 7am sleeping in which in my house that totally counts. We went to a movie, saw the movie ‘It’, I was sorely disappointed but that’s another story. We watched football on Sunday, ate chips and salsa, took a nice relaxing approach to everything we did. I can’t wait until we reach a point in our lives where every weekend is like that! Anyhow, what I am getting at is I had time to enjoy myself in the kitchen and without I made these Easy No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars…and yes Mr. Steve and I ate the whole damn pan in one (yes 1) afternoon. Horkers – that’s what we were. We horked out on all of them!
These luscious bars are perfect for the holiday parties, for gift-giving, or for a Friday night at home or in our case a Sunday afternoon. Just try to stop eating them – I dare ya!
Oh y’all, I forgot to mention that these bars must chill for at least a few hours, preferably overnight. So, make your next party less stressful by preparing these the day before! Or, if you’re like me and want to make a crap ton at once you can freeze them for up to 2 months in advance and thaw overnight in the refrigerator. Easy Peasy!
