4-Ingredient No Canning Equipment Homemade Blueberry Jam
This 4-Ingredient Easy Blueberry Jam is easy to make, lightly sweetened, pectin and canning free, and seriously delicious!
Last summer I spent an entire day of canning jams and jellies and, if I do say so myself, it gave me some of the best jams I ever had! Ever since then I’ve been wanting to try making it all again, but who am I kidding? I don’t have the time, patience or special canning equipment. So I was determined to find a way to make it without the equipment or time invested and Ta-Da! I give to y’all 4-Ingredient No Canning Equipment Homemade Blueberry Jam.
Seriously, this jam couldn’t get any easier and it also it doesn’t require any fruit pectin or thickening agent! It simple really, around 20 minutes on the stovetop and you have 3 small jars of jam! After you make it you will feel like a god in the kitchen, the best mom any kid could ask for and as a bonus, no one has to know how easy it was! I won’t tell if you don’t tell!

- 1 pint blueberries
- 1/4 cup pure honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Put all ingredients into a small sauce pan and stir.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until it reaches a jam consistency.
- Place in a sealable container and store in refrigerator.
